One apple after another…that is, from idea to object.

Thinking, designing, and making an object is a step-by-step process during which we get closer and closer to the final optimal product.
On this page we will try to describe what steps are adopted by the staff of Rei Delevri.

The Idea

Having an initial idea from which to derive a product can be difficult or easy, depending on how lucky we are…eh yes, unless we are genuine geniuses, having a good idea can be a very complicated and difficult affair, or we can be lucky enough to wake up one morning with it already printed in our minds.
In any case, whether it is easy or difficult to have an idea, the first draft (on a sheet of paper) is the first and very important step in beginning to “visualize” what just before was only “imagination.”
We may not be very good draftsmen, but the important thing is to begin to fix, what we have in mind, on a medium that allows us a “primordial visualization” of what until recently was only pure fantasy.
By drawing manually we will see to correct, modify, and optimize a graphic draft of our idea that will be most useful to us as we begin to grapple with our design.

The 3D project

3D design offers a very powerful tool for evaluating the object in the virtual version, there are very advanced tools that allow us to “see” it almost as if it were real allowing us to have an extremely true idea of what it will look like in reality.
This is also a crucial step because it prepares the file that will then be sent to the machines that will run the physical version, so it is necessary that the design be accurate and corrected from all inconsistencies and errors that on paper we did not see or consider.
The use of 3D programs requires considerable preparation that cannot be improvised, here the staff of Rei Delevri offers a complete service by making its technicians available and creating the virtual project for you, which in any case will have to be discussed and revised until its final version.
The design is then presented in a final render in photo realism in which colors, textures, various materials can be evaluated so as to obtain a visualization as close to reality as possible, of course it is also possible to “see” the object placed in an environment increasing the effect of realism.

The press

Once the 3D project is approved, we move on to its physical realization by sending the files to the laboratories that will do the printing.
Rei Delevri has its own associated laboratories and therefore can do the 3D file printing directly, then go through the surface finishing phase and final painting with the desired colors and surface finishes.
Several factors must be taken into consideration when making an audio loudspeaker, such as the proper division of the parts that make up the final object, so as to optimize the final assembly without interfering with finishing and painting operations.
Again, experience carries its weight in avoiding mistakes that would lead to the need to see the object impossible to finish correctly or with the required quality.

Technical considerations

The design itself is not everything, in the realization of a wireless audio speaker one has to consider the proper calibration of volumes, the calculation of tuning tubes, speakers, BT sound cards, cabling, autonomous power supply….in short, everything that goes under the “hood” of our custom-built speaker.
Here experience and a proven pool of technical materials is essential to achieve optimal, quality sound that complements our “work” making it not only unique but also qualitatively excellent.
Even at this stage, Rei Delevri’s staff and member companies provide all the support and professional experience to produce a product that is superior in all respects and to have, in the end, that object that will concretely represent our and your quest for originality.
